I had a great stay at The Loren Hotel Austin thanks to its excellent location and friendly staff. My bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the spacious walk-in shower. However, I was a bit disappointed with the morning coffee situation, and there were a few extra fees that caught me off guard.

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Loren Hotel Austin. the location was fantastic, and the customer service was great. However, I was surprised by the $35.00 per day facilities use fee that wasn't disclosed upfront. Overall, I loved the hotel and will certainly return!
